Let's Support W3PV's Mission By Making An Investment Towards A Better Future!

The Troy E. Quinn Scholarship Fund is the inaugural educational initiative established by W3PV, Inc. in its efforts to support continued access to quality education at our Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This scholarship program housed at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, designated a "National Treasure" by the National Trust for Historic Places, will assist deserving students to claim their rightful place on the continuum of higher education obtainment and economic impact. This fund provides gap scholarships for students that often times have a tuition balance of less than $500.

The Floyd E. Taliaferro, III & Jack Dennis Scholarship Fund. Floyd E. Taliaferro, III walked the halls of Morgan State University with purpose. As an alumnus and dedicated administrator, he had committed over 40 years to the institution that shaped him. Every corner of the university seemed to echo with stories of his guidance, wisdom, and unwavering belief in the potential of the students who passed through the doors.

Taliaferro was more than an administrator; he was a mentor, a beacon of hope for students navigating the complexities of higher education. His office was always open, a sanctuary for young minds seeking advice on academics and personal growth. He believed that education was the key to unlocking a brighter future, but he also knew that success required more than just good grades. It required resilience, confidence, and, most of all, the guidance of those who had walked the path before.

Like Floyd, Jack Dennis embodied the spirit of mentorship that Morgan State University so deeply valued. As a student-athlete and later a dedicated staff member, Dennis understood the importance of both discipline and compassion. He had mentored many men at the university, teaching them not only the skills to succeed on the field but also the values that would carry them through life—integrity, determination, and a sense of responsibility to their community.

Together, Taliaferro and Dennis left a lasting legacy at Morgan State, one defined by their commitment to shaping the leaders of tomorrow. The Floyd E. Taliaferro, III & Jack Dennis Scholarship Fund was created in their honor, and designed to continue their work by supporting students who embodied the same dedication to excellence in education and leadership development.

For every student who receives the scholarship, it is not just a financial boost but a reminder that they are part of something greater—a legacy of mentorship, resilience, and a shared commitment to empowering the next generation.

The Moving Haiti Forward (MHF) Initiative is the inaugural social cause initiative established by W3PV, Inc. in its efforts to support victims of the earthquake in 2010 and Hurricane Matthew in 2016. The genesis of this initiative was birthed by Myriam Leonidas, a retired nurse from Cavaillon, Haiti. Myriam's strong christian faith and passion for healthcare motivated her to start doing mission trips to Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2006. Cavaillon, a mountainous community in the southern part of Haiti about 5 hours from Port Au Prince was literally cut-off from receiving any support. As such, the need to support the people of Cavaillon was paramount to their survival. MHF powered by W3PV provides access to healthcare by offering 2 and 4 day clinics through its annual service trips. A donation of $100 can hire a local Haitian doctor that would be able to provide service for 75 people; likewise, a donation of $200 can hire a local Haitian dentist that would be able to provide service for 60 people. Last year, our team provided support to almost 400 people in the community of Cavaillon.

The Turiani Village Project. Upon returning from our visit to the Turiani Village in January 2022, W3PV ventured on its latest global initiative to provide resources for students attending the Turiani Primary School.

There are 700 students enrolled at the school and their ages range from 3 to 13 years old. The Turiani Primary School is desperately in need of help. The school was built in 1947 and has never been renovated. It is our mission to raise the next generation of leaders by increasing their probability to be great global citizens. The motto of the Turiani Primary School is "Education is their only way out." To achieve this goal, we rely on the generosity and support of compassionate individuals.

We have set a goal of $25,000 for this project. The proceeds from this campaign will be used to build a library at the school. We hope that you will consider making a contribution of $100 to help us meet this goal.
